There are still many areas which have created economic hardship to its population, to their women.
According to UN Women, “rural women are key agents for achieving the transformational economic, environmental and social changes required for sustainable development” and these women encounter many challenges on their way to participate in the development.
Providing economic empowerment through livelihood trainings to rural women not only will be one of the efforts to poverty reduction, food security, but also women’s empowerment.
